Since 2009, we have provided information and resources for aging in place.
Our Vision
Reston will be a community where residents can live as independently as possible for a lifetime.
Our Mission
To educate and inform Reston residents on how to age in place and enable neighbors to help older neighbors remain independent as long as possible.
Creating Community
We encourage people of all ages to join in an effort to make Reston a better place for everyone, especially our elders.
Our Roots
Reston for a Lifetime is a 501(c)3 organization based in Reston, Virginia. It is part of a growing national movement represented by the Village to Village Network, but we do not provide direct services or referrals.

Started in 2009, we were then called Aging in Reston and created groups to explore aging issues in the community, identify gaps in services and make recommendations.
